Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kiddzo.store, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We aim to provide premium quality diecast cars and collectible toy vehicles with secure packaging and reliable support.

Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a limited return or replacement policy under eligible conditions only.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original product packaging, accessories, tags, and invoice must be available.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Unboxing video and clear product photos may be required for verification.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item,

  • A defective product,

  • Or a wrong product,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing proof video (recommended)

Once verified, Kiddzo.store will arrange:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, depending on stock availability and issue verification.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Transit damage

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If replacement stock is unavailable, eligible customers may receive a refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Discounted or promotional products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Returns requested after the eligible return period

  • Minor color/shade variations due to lighting or screen settings


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

Refunds are applicable only for verified eligible cases.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized, limited edition, or discounted products may not be eligible for cancellation.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.


7. Return Pickup

  • Eligible return pickups may be arranged through our courier partners.

  • In some locations, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

  • Products must be packed safely to avoid transit damage.


8. Important Notes

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a proper unboxing video while opening the package.

  • Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.

  • Kiddzo.store reserves the right to reject fraudulent or abusive return claims.
