Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, festive sales, or promotional events, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time across most locations in India is 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • We currently ship only within India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available on most prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on serviceable pincodes.

  • Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid delivery delays.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery:

  1. Do not accept the package.

  2. Immediately contact our support team with photos/videos.

  3. Share your Order ID for faster assistance.

After verification, we will assist with a replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Kiddzo.store will not be responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect address, phone number, or incomplete customer information.

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times before returning the shipment.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and serviceable pincodes only.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD restrictions for future orders.
